Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
- Keep your password safe — you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Choose the correct account type (business, professional, job seeker or member).
Listings & content
You are responsible for everything you publish — profiles, products, jobs, events, reviews and messages. Content must be truthful, lawful and must not infringe anyone’s rights. We may review, edit or remove content that breaks these terms.
Verification
A “Verified” badge means we checked the documents provided at that time. It is not an endorsement or guarantee of the member’s services.
Payments & plans
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Plans renew only if you choose auto-renewal. See our Refund Policy.
Marketplace & leads
Deals between members happen directly between them. Digital Startup India does not take part in, guarantee or insure those transactions.
Acceptable use
- No spam, scraping, fake reviews or misleading claims.
- No harassment, hate speech or illegal content.
- No attempts to break or overload the platform.
Liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of important changes by email or on the site.
