Eligibility
- SC/ST and/or women entrepreneurs above 18 years of age
- Loans only for greenfield projects (first venture of the beneficiary) in manufacturing, services, trading or allied agriculture
- For non-individual enterprises, at least 51% shareholding and controlling stake held by SC/ST or woman entrepreneur
- Borrower should not be in default to any bank
